Tour Consultant, Group Sales

For consideration, applicants must live/relocate to the state of Colorado or within commutable distance to our Denver, CO office. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home on Fridays, while collaborating in the office from Monday through Thursday.
In this role, you will be responsible for owning and growing a book of business made up of Group Coordinators. You will be responsible for qualifying, following up with, and converting sales leads to customers via outbound phone sales.
A Successful Tour Consultant Will Be:
- Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English. The majority of this role will be performed in English but Spanish will be called upon from time to time to accommodate our Spanish‑speaking travelers.

Compensation- First‑year Tour Consultants have an on‑target earning potential of $65,000 (base salary starting at $50,000 and $15,000 bonus potential). There is also an uncapped bonus for exceeding sales goals.
- You are eligible for a promotion to Senior Tour Consultant after 2 years of successfully exceeding goals and outstanding performance, with an increased OTE of $95,000 ($65,000 base and $30,000 bonus potential). Full compensation plan details, and future earning potential, will be reviewed during the interview process.
