Pay details:
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Available for candidates based in Washington, New Mexico, Nevada, & Utah. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role.
Job OverviewAs an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Job Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls and warm leads, engaging customers in conversations that lead to policy sales.
- Consult customers on insurance needs and present appropriate products.
- Maintain professional representation of the Liberty Mutual brand.
- Adapt to both office and remote work environments, schedules, and customer needs.
- Adhere to ethical sales practices and maintain integrity in all interactions.
- Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

- Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
- All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and high‑speed wired internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download and 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
- 2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty License required after hire.
