Senior Outside Sales Executive – Remote Work

Join Baires Dev as a Senior Outside Sales Executive. The role is remote and focuses on acquiring new Baires Dev clients through proactive hunting.

About the role

In this Hunter position, you will source, nurture, and close new clients primarily from your network and industry, rather than inbound leads. Your remit is to work with midsize to enterprise-level clients across Consumer (Retail, Logistics, and Distribution) and other industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients across industries.
  • Originate and nurture business relationships resulting in engagement opportunities.
  • Present Baires Dev’s unique value proposition tailored to senior executives.
  • Scope projects, shape engagements, and define solutions that meet client needs.
  • Plan, implement, and manage lead‑generation and sales activities to meet revenue targets.
  • Leverage internal resources—solution design, UX, technical, staffing, and delivery teams—to support the sales cycle.
  • Identify and mitigate risks through tactical planning.
Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services.
  • Experience as a hunter of new logos in technology consulting.
  • Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize & enterprise accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the industry, key players, client structures, business models, and trends.
  • Strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach.
  • Strong understanding of widely used software systems and data.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven.
  • Native English or fully bilingual (English).
