• Comprehensive 3‑week classroom training followed by 9‑week hands‑on field coaching
• Base salary of $60,000 with uncapped commissions and residual income
• Year‑1 on‑target earnings of $100,000–$120,000;
  Year‑2 of $132,000–$152,000
