Full-time; flexible schedule within designated core hours
Compensation$90,000 base + variable bonus;
On-Target Earnings (OTE) $120,000

About the RoleThe Area Sales Manager helps Clicklease drive revenue growth by developing and managing partner relationships within a defined territory.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment, enjoys owning a territory, and is motivated by building partnerships that generate measurable business impact.
The TeamYou’ll be part of the Sales team focused on expanding Clicklease’s partner network and increasing financing volume across key markets. The team collaborates closely with onboarding and support teams to ensure partner success from day one.
What You’ll Do- Build and manage relationships with partners within your assigned territory
- Expand Clicklease’s presence within existing partner accounts by identifying and activating new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and ongoing support
- Execute territory strategies to drive sales performance and partner engagement
- Maintain pipeline activity and performance tracking in Salesforce
- Deliver product presentations, demos, and trainings (virtual and in-person)
- Travel up to 25% for in-person meetings and territory development
- 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Experience managing client or partner relationships
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Experience working toward sales quotas or revenue targets
- Experience in retail or wholesale industries
- Experience in equipment finance or financial services
- Experience analyzing sales or partner performance data
- Build and actively manage a pipeline within your assigned territory
- Successfully onboard new partners and drive initial financing activity
- Establish consistent partner engagement through regular communication
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking and pipeline visibility
