VP Channel Partner Sales

• Develop and oversee the distribution model for non-health plan channel partners of all sizes
• Foster and maintain strategic relationships with innovative partners to drive growth
• Collaborate with employer sales leadership to create compelling value propositions for channel partners
• Execute actions to achieve and surpass annual membership goals
• Explore new avenues for collaboration and partnership outside traditional health plans

• Minimum of 8 years in a sales leadership role with revenue responsibilities
• Deep experience working with or for insurers offering major medical plans
• Existing relationships within the health insurance community across various channel partners
• Strong sense of individual accountability and commitment to authentic feedback
• Ability to establish and cultivate high-level relationships

• Experience in a high-performing, mission-driven team with a sense of urgency
• Proven track record of driving growth in channel partnerships
