Position SummaryAn Inside Sales Representative will manage assigned accounts, develop customer relationships, and drive aftermarket sales growth within the Food & Fulfillment Aftermarket team. The role requires a customer-focused, results-driven professional comfortable working a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MN office/facility.
Role Responsibilities- Manage and grow aftermarket sales within assigned customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of filtration technologies, applications, and equipment operations to effectively support customer needs and promote repeat business.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Execute follow‑up activities including mailings, filter testing coordination, report preparation, and customer support.
- Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities, including those related to non‑Donaldson equipment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Up to 5% of the time.
LocationBloomington, MN office/facility – hybrid schedule.
Salary and IncentivesAnnual salary range: $49,500 – $74,400. Actual salaries vary based on experience, training, education, performance, and geographic adjustment.
Eligible for sales incentive or commission plan based on sales targets under company policy.
