We are currently looking for a talented Business Partner Netherlands to join our fast-growing European sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities within the Dutch speaking regions across the charity, non-profit and academic sectors. Reporting to the VP Sales and Account Management EU, this is a remote role and will involve travel regularly across the Netherlands.
Fluent Dutch language skills will be essential to the role, as will be experience of selling into the Dutch market, ideally within our sectors. Key responsibilities will include:
Working with the VP of Sales and Account Management on building a target list and strategy for key territories
Develop profitable leads through effective management of the target account list
Working to a personal sales plan that drives activity levels to create the required pipeline
Developing and managing a balanced sales pipeline to consistently meet/exceed revenue and margin targets
Respond to RFPs and manage major new bids/tenders, with the support of the bid team
Prepare and deliver high quality client presentations and web demonstrations
Maintain current CRM information in line with the sales policy
Monitor competitor activity and travel industry changes which might impact Diversity and its clients
Identify and attend client specific exhibitions and other promotional and networking events
Skills & Experience Required
Proven new business sales skills in a structured B2B solutions environment, ideally in a travel management or travel industry environment
A strong drive for new business, and developing new prospects and clients in a competitive sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
Experience across both SME and Enterprise markets
Experience working with travel bookers, heads of procurement, Finance Directors and C-level Executives
Knowledge of working in complex sales environments, with multiple stakeholders
Experience in managing and responding to RFPs/tenders
Strong commercial acumen
Strong IT competency - particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and database management

60K plus bonus (OTE EUR
24K per annum)
25 days Annual Leave plus public holiday
