Codex Tech is hiring high-activity, self-motivated Sales Agents to drive growth for our telecom and automated business solutions. This role offers complete schedule flexibility but demands serious daily activity and a results-driven mindset.

• Pipeline Management:
  Source leads, create opportunities, and manage your pipeline entirely within our CRM.
• Hit Targets:
  Meet minimum monthly sales targets assigned by the Sales Director/Admin.
• Task Execution:
  Complete weekly and monthly sales tasks as assigned.
• Reporting:
  Report activity and progress directly to your Team Leader or Sales Director.

• Proven track record in sales (B2B, telecom, or tech sales is a plus).
• Strong self-discipline to maintain high activity levels without supervision.
• Proficiency using CRM systems and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
