• Hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:30 GMT/BST (UK business hours)
• Salary: R25,000 per month
• Contract: Full-time, permanent
• Employed through Remote World, working directly with a UK-based employer

We're hiring a Telesales Agent on behalf of a UK-based business that needs a confident, people-first sales professional to drive outbound revenue. You'll be the voice of the brand — calling prospects, building rapport quickly, and turning conversations into conversions.

In your first six months, success looks like: consistently hitting your call targets, building a clean pipeline in the CRM, and closing your first batch of deals with minimal hand-holding.

• Making outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists
• Presenting products and services clearly and persuasively
• Qualifying leads, handling objections, and following up consistently
• Logging all activity accurately in the CRMHitting individual KPIs and contributing to team sales targets
• Feeding back market insights and customer responses to the sales manager

• At least 1 year of outbound telesales or phone-based sales experience
• Comfortable on high-volume call days — this is an outbound role
• Strong verbal communication in English with a clear, professional phone manner
• Experience using a CRM (any — training on the specific system provided)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

• Experience selling to UK businesses or consumers
• Familiarity with objection-handling frameworks

• R25,000/month — paid monthly
• Fully remote — no commute, ever
• UK public holidays observed
• A direct line into the UK job market and international sales experience
