We are leading a search for a Large Book Producer on behalf of our client; a Global Insurance Brokerage/Risk management firm.
Within its Risk Placement Services (RPS) Division, the firm has built one of the leading wholesale broker agencies, with deep carrier relationships, advanced market access, and unmatched support for high-performing producers
We are seeking a top tier Wholesale Producer with experience managing books with $2M+ in annual revenue to join the RPS Division (you do not need to bring a book of business with you).
What You’ll Do:
- Drive revenue growth by leveraging wholesale relationships
- Place complex and hard-to-place risks across E&S and specialty lines
- Build and maintain carrier relationships to ensure optimal market placement
- Collaborate with internal underwriting, claims, and client service teams
- Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities within your existing book
What You Bring
:
- Proven success managing a wholesale book generating at or above $2M+ in revenue
- Deep knowledge of E&S and specialty markets (P&C focus)
- Strong relationships with both retail agents and specialty carriers
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow and scale a portfolio
- Experience with in the transportation and construction industry is a huge plus!
