We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Athlete Services team and help build legacy through real estate and mortgage education. These roles are 1099: commissions, referral business, generous bonus structure, brokerage revenue share, and the chance to make meaningful impact in the lives of new sales agents, athletes and their families.

• Lead Generation & Outreach:
  Connect with current and former athletes, families, and advisors to introduce Real Estate strategies.
• Pathway Building:
  Share education tools that demystify home ownership, lending, and financial planning.
• Relationship Management:
  Build trust through consistent, value‑driven engagement with athletes and their support networks.
• Market Insight:
  Stay sharp on housing trends, lending programs, and athlete‑specific financial challenges.

  Collaboration:
  
  Partner with onboarding specialists, educators, and lending pros to deliver a seamless experience.
• Lead your own team of Turnkey Agents with support from top leaders in the Real Estate industry.
• Commission:
  Part‑time or full‑time options available with W‑2 employment possible by 2027.
• 80/20 split with a chance to earn entire 20% in stock based on performance; 16k cap gives 100% commission split after capping for the year.
• Revenue Share:
  Generous share of revenue from closed deals and RE Coaching model that pays 7 levels of passive income;
  Loan Originator gets compensated 3 levels.
• Bonus Structure:
  Performance‑based bonuses for hitting attainable milestones and networking.
• Stock Consideration:
  Generous stock for performing normal salesperson duties;
  Icon stock 16K.
