Online Sales Coordinator Assistant
Location:
Kuwait
We are a well-established and reputable company in Kuwait specializing in FMCG and Household Goods (LHH). We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Online Sales Coordinator Assistant to support our growing e‑commerce and online sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate online sales orders from various platforms.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and order status updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Update product listings, pricing, and stock availability on online platforms.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in planning and executing online promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor customer feedback and support customer service activities.
- Support the Sales Department in achieving online sales targets.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Online Sales or Sales Coordination.
- Experience in FMCG and Household Goods products is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and online sales platforms.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of e‑commerce operations and order management systems is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude and customer‑focused approach.
Salary: 220 – 250 KWD per month (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience).
Full‑Time Position.
Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.
Immediate joining will be an advantage.
