Sales Associate

Position: Sales Associate I Hybrid Role
Boost your career as a Sales Associate I with Victor, based in Mississauga or Toronto. This hybrid opportunity requires you to work in the office three days a week while supporting Benefits Advisors.

In your role as a Sales Associate I, you'll support our Group Benefits Division and focus on meeting sales and retention targets. Your responsibilities will include managing existing client accounts and crafting competitive proposals. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment by staying updated on underwriting guidelines and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve quarterly sales targets by working with Benefits Advisors

• Manage financial aspects of assigned accounts

• Foster strong partnerships with Benefits Advisors

• Oversee plan updates and compliance

• Stay current on competitor activity

Requirements:

• Degree in business or marketing

• At least 3 years' insurance sales experience

• Strong sales orientation and relationship-building skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
