Role Overview

Neara is hiring an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and revenue growth across its U.S. client base. This role focuses on selling Neara’s engineering-grade 3D modeling software for critical infrastructure, including electricity grids, telecommunications, and rail networks. The position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge geospatial technologies such as GIS, Digital Twin, and LiDAR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
  • Qualify leads and navigate complex sales cycles using methodologies like Challenger and MEDDPICC
  • Deliver presentations, proposals, and product demos to enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay informed on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5–10 years of experience in SaaS and B2B enterprise sales
  • Proven success using structured sales methodologies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and prospecting skills
  • Familiarity with geospatial technologies is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work independently and manage a complex sales pipeline
