With in-house production and technical expertise, they supply innovative, science-backed solutions to pet food and feed manufacturers across North America.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across the North American animal nutrition market, focusing on the pet food industry. The role combines key account management with new business development to expand the company’s footprint across the region. This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates based in the United States, and requires regular travel to customers and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the company’s vitamins and antioxidants portfolio across North America, with a focus on pet food manufacturers.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build partnerships with pet food producers, feed manufacturers, and distribution partners.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide market intelligence and tailored solutions.
• Work closely with internal technical, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.

Key Requirements:

• Proven B2B sales experience in animal nutrition, pet food, feed ingredients, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of vitamins, antioxidants, or functional feed additives preferred.
• Demonstrated success in business development across the North American market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the US and broader North American region.
