Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Commission Only | $200K OTE

Remote (U.S. based preferred)
Compensation:
Commission Only – $1,000 per qualified meeting that turns into a closed deal
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000 annually

The Role:
We are seeking a driven, commission-only SDR to set qualified meetings with practice owners nationwide. You’ll be the first point of contact introducing providers to solutions that increase their revenue and cut overhead instantly.
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach (phone, email, Linked In, DMs, etc.)
- Book qualified meetings for our closing team
- Hit and exceed goals of 60 meetings per month
- Work closely with leadership to refine scripts and outreach strategies
Compensation & Goals
$1,000 commission for every meeting you set that closes into a sale
Goal:
60 meetings set per month
Fully remote – work from anywhere

What We’re Looking For- Proven SDR/BDR or appointment setting experience (phone, email, social outreach)
- High energy & self-motivation — you thrive on hitting goals
- Strong communication skills (comfortable talking to doctors, practice managers, and owners)
- Tech-savvy and able to adapt to AI-driven tools and CRMs
- Interest in aesthetics, healthcare, or SaaS is a plus
