- Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, and channel partners
- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and account conversion status using CRM tools
- Focus on maintaining margins and compliance with profitability objectives
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, including 2+ years in business development within the Data Center sector
- Validated understanding of Data Center infrastructure products and applications
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively in a selling environment
- Experience with or similar CRM programs
- Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions to diverse customer types
- Ability to define and quantify opportunities through customer research
- Strong relationship-building skills to assess market trends and conditions
