Position: Technical Business Development Representative - Data Center Cooling (HDLC) - Central US

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve deployed sales for data center cooling products across the central US
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, and channel partners
  • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and account conversion status using CRM tools
  • Focus on maintaining margins and compliance with profitability objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, including 2+ years in business development within the Data Center sector
  • Validated understanding of Data Center infrastructure products and applications
  • Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively in a selling environment
  • Experience with  or similar CRM programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions to diverse customer types
  • Ability to define and quantify opportunities through customer research
  • Strong relationship-building skills to assess market trends and conditions
