Role Description
The Lead Sales Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV with flexibility for partial work from home and a potential salary range of $50K to $150K + commission. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets for IVIS’s smart security and analytics solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations (virtual and in‑person), preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with decision‑makers across various industries.
The Lead Sales Representative will collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high client satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, regularly updating CRM records, analyzing sales metrics, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product and go‑to‑market strategies. Lead Sales Representative will be issued specific sales goals based on compensation, with regular milestones that must be met.
- Proven skills in B2B sales, lead generation, and full‑cycle account management, preferably in security, SaaS, or technology solutions.
- Strong abilities in consultative selling, discovery, and presenting tailored solutions to executive‑level stakeholders.
- Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) to track and report sales activities.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills, with a focus on closing complex deals and retaining clients.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, including in‑person client meetings in the Los Angeles area and virtual sales engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear business value for non‑technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
