Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to assist with dental B2B sales and meetings. This role focuses on setting meetings with dental practices and group clinics, making outbound calls to engage potential clients, and generating new business opportunities. While we provide guidance and leads, the ability to independently find, interact, and negotiate with prospects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls and connect with decision-makers at dental practices and group clinics.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and consultations with potential B2B clients.
  • Research and identify dental practices that may benefit from content creation, marketing, SEO+GEO, or call center services.
  • Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or B2B sales.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (lead generation, ad campaigns, ROI) or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
Preferred
  • Healthcare, dental, marketing, or sales experience.
  • Proven track record in generating and closing leads.
  • Interest in long-term collaboration across multiple departments to support client success.
Compensation & Engagement
  • Part-time, freelance role for a short-term project duration.
  • Paid hourly, with the potential for commissions on fully self-generated and closed leads.
  • Leads and support provided to help you succeed, with flexibility to develop your own pipeline.
