SW Marketing Associates is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Representative in Austin, TX to support and grow relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and customers. This role is responsible for driving product awareness, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting manufacturers represented by SW Marketing Associates. The ideal candidate is organized, self-directed, technically curious, and comfortable working in a relationship-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and manufacturer partners
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Conduct in-person customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Maintain regular communication with manufacturer partners regarding sales activity, market conditions, and customer feedback
- Follow up on opportunities, quotes, and samples and assist customers throughout the sales cycle
- Coordinate with internal staff and manufacturers to ensure timely order processing and customer support
- Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and training sessions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales forecasts using CRM tools
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance expectations
- Employee must live in Austin, TX
- 2+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, or manufacturer representative experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently
- Comfortable with travel throughout the assigned territory
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
