Position: National Accounts Manager (Remote Opportunity)

Job Summary

As a National Account Manager at Pro Mach, you will increase sales of Texwrap, Kayat and Tekkra products through OEM, integrators, channel partners and direct to large national accounts. You will provide technical and commercial sales support to other sales team members and deliver value-based solutions across all channels.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned national accounts to maximize sales opportunities and revenue across Texwrap, Kayat and Tekkra products.
  • Generate new business by proactively contacting national accounts in the food, beverage and personal care industries, and through Pro Mach OEM, external OEM and integrator project inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Distributed Products Group to maximize sales across all channels, coordinating with regional sales managers for distributor and agent channel partners.
  • Ensure that all data necessary for evaluating potential new projects is collected and formatted for evaluation.
  • Participate in the new-project evaluation process by developing concepts, gathering cost data, assessing the quantitative value of proposed solutions and making recommendations on proceeding or declining based on risk analysis.
  • Prepare and review project and equipment specifications and coordinate with the technical team.
  • Review requested commercial terms of sale and negotiate mutually acceptable terms between customers and Pro Mach.
  • Deliver customer presentations, training and machine demonstrations.
  • Attend trade shows to represent DPG products.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and an effective collaborator with sales team members, employees and channel partners.
  • Organizational and planning skills to guide projects from concept to completion.
  • Technical competency to work with engineering and production personnel.
  • Leadership skills, aggressive pursuit of goals and objectives, and team-player attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop an informal network of key contacts within the packaging industry.
  • Awareness of industry and packaging trends that may impact Texwrap and Pro Mach.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $90,000–$100,000. Commission target: $75,000. Commission opportunity: $50,000–$90,000.
