Role Description

We are looking for an Account Executive for a full-time hybrid role, primarily based in San Diego, CA, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Account Executive will focus on generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring new customers, conducting client presentations, managing accounts, and developing tailored solutions for client needs.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of services.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, cold calling, and account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Customer relationship management experience with the ability to foster and maintain long-term relationships
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to propose customized solutions to meet client needs
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and understanding sales metrics to achieve targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment combining in-office and remote collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the uniform, facility services, or B2B product industries is a plus
