Outbound Sales Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and customer‑focused outbound sales specialist to promote vacation ownership opportunities to homeowners and potential customers located in the Orlando, FL area or within a 50‑mile radius.

• Place outbound calls from various sources to promote company products.
• Sell approved vacation packages over the phone.
• Explain details and sales terms of vacation offers to prospects.
• Determine guest eligibility for and purchase of timeshare offers.
• Answer all customer questions appropriately and effectively.
• Schedule reservations and accommodations for booked vacation packages.
• Complete paid remote training, learn product knowledge, and stay current with selling techniques.

Monday – Friday:
12:00p.m. – 7:00p.m. or 2:00p.m. – 9:00p.m. (possible weekend work).

Hourly base pay plus commission, paid weekly.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus.
• Sales‑oriented professionalism.
• Hospitality, sales, call‑center, or marketing experience.
• Ability to overcome challenges and objections.
• Ability to work in a goal‑ and performance‑based environment.
• Must be located in the Orlando, FL area or within a 50‑mile radius.
• Reliable home office setup with high‑speed internet.
