This full-time Sales Consultant role is a hybrid position based in the Greater Orlando area, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Consultant will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective and existing clients, and guide them through the process of selecting custom signage solutions that fit their brand and budget. Daily activities include conducting consultations, preparing estimates and proposals, coordinating with design and production teams, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing and follow-up.
The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring a smooth handoff to project management and installation teams. The Sales Consultant will also support customer education, handle questions or concerns, and help drive repeat business and referrals through consistent, high-quality service.
- Demonstrated strengths in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and close opportunities.
- Proven commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of building long-term client partnerships.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal presentations, active listening, and professional written correspondence.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in signage, construction, printing, or related design/fabrication industries.
- Ability to manage a sales territory, prioritize leads, and maintain an organized, up-to-date CRM pipeline.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment with on-site client visits around Greater Orlando and remote administrative tasks.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally to client locations and job sites.
- Basic understanding of reading drawings or technical specifications is a plus; willingness to learn signage products and permitting requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
