Egge Tech is seeking a full-time Sales Manager for a hybrid role based in Seattle, WA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, identifying new market opportunities, and managing sales pipelines. Additional responsibilities include establishing relationships with distributors and potential pet hospitals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market expansion.

• 5+ years experience in Pet industry, with 2+ years as a sales representative/buyer and LOVE PETS
  .
• Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
• Experience in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Sales Strategy Development
• Strong Negotiation, Persuasion, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Comfortable with outbound sales, cold outreach, buyer follow-up, product pitching, and relationship building.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in an early-stage company environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to effectively manage a sales team and meet or exceed performance targets
• Experience as a buyer from pet store/chain is a plus.

• Base Salary: $65,/yr + high commission & bonus
