- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and manage a high‑performing remote sales team across multiple regions.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the BPO and call center space.
- Foster long‑term relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in BPO sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in managing remote sales teams and achieving aggressive targets.
- Strong understanding of BPO services, customer service, and outsourcing models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally need to move about the office to accomplish tasks;
reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
