Position: Medical Specialist I - Allergy-ENT - Salt Lake City N, UT

Overview

Geography:
Salt Lake City North Allergy/ENT territory. Our Medical Specialists are at the forefront of engaging Allergists, Immunologists and Otolaryngologists as well as other key customers. You will present clinically focused sales messaging that resonates and compels potential and existing customers to take action. The role is fast‑paced, result‑oriented, and customer‑focused.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategy and execute tactics within key accounts in Allergy/Immunology and ENT therapeutic areas to generate product utilization.
  • Establish and foster strong working relationships with healthcare professionals including physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, office staff and other key personnel, as well as key patient advocacy support groups.
  • Collaborate with regional colleagues and other field‑based and home office personnel teams to proactively address customer needs.
  • Analyze market dynamics and trends to develop strategies that support brand and corporate objectives.
  • Participate in initiatives to support sales success such as industry‑related congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences.
Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree; master’s degree or other advanced education/certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales in Immunology and/or ENT market or a similar subcutaneous self‑injectable biologic specialty market.
  • Demonstrated success and consistent sales performance in complex markets across diverse customer segments.
  • Strong and consistent sales performance that exceeds product goals.
  • Guided by core values of ethics and compliance and always act in a manner consistent with those values.
  • Competitive spirit with a “grit” mindset.
  • Effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Passion and learning appetite for science, proactive in strengthening knowledge related to disease states, treatment options and healthcare trends.
  • Ability to connect work to overarching brand strategy and shift focus dynamically as needed.
  • Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories.
