Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to discuss and assess their agronomic needs

• Act as a knowledgeable on-farm consultant for tailored solutions

• Initiate field demos and coordinate crop tours with clients

• Maintain accurate records of visits in CRM daily

• Work across networks to promote innovation and best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in agronomy or agriculture

• Preferred background in B2B sales or consulting

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite and client management software

• High school diploma and a valid driver’s license

• Strong organizational and persuasive communication skills
