At Bol Partners, we are expanding our Milwaukee retail campaign team and hiring a Retail Salesperson to support in-store promotional campaigns for a nationally recognised telecommunications provider offering high-speed internet, streaming television, and mobile connectivity services.

This is a fully in-person role based inside established retail partner locations. No door-to-door sales. No recruitment-based compensation.

As part of our retail campaign team, you will engage customers in a professional retail environment, helping them explore home internet, TV, and mobile service solutions while supporting new customer enrollments.

We specialise in structured, face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns, with comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and clear opportunities for advancement.

• Introducing internet, streaming TV, and mobile service options
• Explaining promotional offers, billing details, and activation timelines clearly
• Identifying customer needs based on streaming, gaming, remote work, and mobile usage
• Comparing available services with customers’ current providers
• Completing enrollments accurately using the provided systems
• Tracking daily interactions and contributing to performance goals
• Maintaining a professional and compliant brand presence at all times

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence working in face-to-face environments
• Professional appearance and reliability
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward performance targets
• Retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required
• Must be legally authorised to work in the United States
