Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of clients while fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 for Account Managers; $80,000 - $110,000 for Senior Account Managers (commensurate with experience).
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and 401(k) plan.
- Work Schedule: Flexible work arrangement with optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday.
- Travel: Occasional travel to visit local clients.
- Manage and service a portfolio of client accounts across various industries and sizes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Handle both new and renewal business quotes, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support to clients.
- Conduct client meetings, including on-site visits as needed, to understand their requirements and provide strategic advice.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date insights and recommendations.
- Minimum of 2 years experience independently managing a book of business in a client-facing role.
- Proven ability to handle accounts of varying sizes and industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and alignment with company culture and values.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients as needed.
- Preferred candidates will have experience in mid-to-large independent firms or smaller shops.
