Channel Partner Managers are responsible for sourcing, activating, and supporting partners who drive revenue through inbound and outbound activities. About

The Role
  • You’re the boss of your book:
    Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of your region. This is a quota‑carrying role.
  • Identify and recruit potential channel partners based on a data‑driven approach.
  • Track, report, and optimize partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions.
  • Help partners develop and execute outbound strategies that generate new leads with verticalized solutions.
  • Work cross‑functionally with the  sales and CS organizations to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, service gaps with partner offerings.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years experience in sales, account management, or channel partner management – must have been in a quota‑carrying role.
  • Experience working directly or indirectly with Channel Partners/VARs/SIs/GSIs.
  • Experience in a global work environment.
  • Track record of taking projects from A to Z; we value and recognize self‑starters.
  • Strong relationship‑builder and initiator approach.
  • Fast mover, fast learner, resilient, and persistent.
  • Comfortable with negotiation, whether negotiating a SaaS subscription alongside a partner or balancing the needs of our company and partners.
  • Team player with a positive attitude – we celebrate a culture of respect, kindness, and fun.
  • Experience in vertical solutions and/or services partnerships that drive subscription revenue, and/or experience working with larger GSI/SIs like Accenture and TCS, is especially welcome.

Compensation Range: $112,000–$145,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. The final compensation awarded will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and other factors.
