This is a remote position; candidates must be comfortable traveling to each store location. The position requires driving a personal vehicle roughly 55 miles per day, with mileage reimbursed at 62¢ per mile. No car allowance is provided.

Hourly starting rate of $15.50 – $17.50 per hour. Rate may vary based on skill, experience, and geographic location.

This position is a Continuous Part‑Time role, working 20–25 hours per week. On average, a TSA will visit 6–10+ accounts per day. Flexible schedules are offered based on personal needs and store availability. Workday should overlap core hours of 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise required by business needs.

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all authorized Hershey items in the assigned territory, ensuring flawless retail execution of the Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans.
• Achieve merchandising objectives through effective use of Permanent Secondary Displays and other display vehicles within the Retail Execution Plan.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions, and all administrative functions within the assigned territory.
• Submit daily activities using tablets, completing entries at the end of each day.
• Manage a sales territory that varies due to territory size, number of retailers, and location.

• Valid U.S. state‑issued driver’s license.
• Personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Personal auto insurance indicating minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage; policy must permit business use.
• Willingness to reside or commute within the listed territory boundaries.
• Ability to drive long distances for multiple sales calls daily.
• Ability to lift 10–40 lbs. regularly and perform bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Proficiency with tablet technology.
• Daily access to wireless internet.
• Flexibility and adaptability to territory coverage changes.
• Availability to work 20–25 hours per week.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  3–4 years in food merchandising preferred but not required.
