Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate, based in the New York City Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some work from home. The Commission Sales Associate will identify and qualify prospects, conduct outreach via phone, email, and meetings, and present products or services to potential. Daily responsibilities include managing a personal sales pipeline, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals.

The role requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking progress against sales targets, and providing regular updates to leadership. The associate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience and support post-sale relationship building to drive repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability in prospecting, lead generation, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, preferably in a commission-based environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence in speaking with clients at various levels.
  • Comfort with using CRM systems and basic productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms) to track and manage sales activities.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, resilience, and goal orientation, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, managing time across in-person meetings in the New York City Metropolitan Area and remote work.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Prior sales experience is highly beneficiary; experience in relationship-driven or consultative selling is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications in sales, business, or marketing are a plus.
