Position: Business Development Representative- Premium Outdoor Products, Hybrid/Remote

Kover Roos and Golden Care are established brands in the premium outdoor living space, sold through design-focused retailers across the U.S. and Canada. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with leadership, shaping how our brands expand in the U.S. market.

Role Overview

This is a strategic Market Builder position with direct access to executive leadership, combining the resources of a proven company with the freedom of an entrepreneurial environment. You will be breaking into buying teams, navigating line reviews, and building a distributor and retailer mix. You will have direct access to major accounts and decision-makers.

Combination of inside and outside sales, with regional travel 1–2 times per month plus trade events twice a year (25–35% total travel).

Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new retail, e-commerce, and distributor accounts in the outdoor and home‑improvement markets
  • Build and manage a structured outreach pipeline from cold prospecting through close
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align goals and ensure successful account launch
  • Attend trade shows, line reviews, and on‑site meetings to expand product placement and strengthen relationships
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and report on key activity metrics and milestones
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven hunter with a track record of cold outreach, building new channels, and closing new business
  • B2B product sales experience (home, design, CPG, or outdoor categories are a strong plus)
  • Confident and polished in presenting premium products to high‑end buyers
  • Highly self‑motivated and comfortable working toward clear goals with an established structure
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline in a CRM (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or Zoho)
Compensation
  • Quarterly KPI Bonus:
    Additional performance bonuses tied to key growth metrics
  • Uncapped Commission:
    Earn on every sale with no ceiling
  • Year 1 On‑Target Earnings: $110,000–$125,000
  • Year 2 On‑Target Earnings: $175,000–$200,000+
