Ongoing training and support to internal teams will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Sales to address clients’ needs and challenges

• Lead customized product demonstrations for prospective customers

• Continuously refine demo presentations based on feedback

• Act as a key liaison among Sales, Product, and clients

• Support proposal processes and present solutions effectively
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related fields

• 3-5+ years’ experience in customer-facing roles

• Direct involvement with local governments is essential

• Skilled in demo delivery and client engagement

• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
