What the job involves
  • The Solutions Consultant will provide high-quality demonstrations of the product to prospective customers by working with sales staff and clients to understand the customer’s business and workflows
  • ,
  • They will also be responsible for maintaining content used by both sales staff and clients
  • ,
  • The Solutions Consultant will mentor sales staff on product knowledge and be the go-to resource for all technical requests during the pre-sales phase
  • ,
  • They will also work with the sales staff to collect customer feedback
  • ,
  • Provide the necessary tools and processes to accelerate deals, execute contracts, and improve sales team efficacy
  • ,
  • Connect with a variety of customers to help drive sales across all verticals including manufacturing, facilities management, government, and other maintenance and operational businesses

    X to prospective clients, using examples appropriate to their business and communication needs
