BSN SPORTS - Field Sales Professional

BSN SPORTS is the largest team sporting goods distributor in the United States. As a Field Sales Professional, you will serve as a consultative partner to schools, clubs, and community athletic programs, driving full‑cycle sales execution and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide consultative customer service to coaches within an assigned territory.
  • Generate revenue and meet sales and growth targets.
  • Develop and qualify leads through cold calling and lead‑generation campaigns.
  • Navigate the company’s CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
  • Increase sales in existing accounts across all sports and levels.
  • Use data‑driven insights to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Manage your account list and travel to client sites.
Qualifications
  • High level of self‑direction and autonomy in managing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
  • Ability to maintain a distraction‑free home office environment.
Education & Experience
  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching/sports‑related background.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
Physical Requirements

Hybrid work setting involving frequent sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and driving.
