This is a great opportunity to join a brand-new delivery program launching in the area. The position involves recruiting local businesses to become part of the delivery partner program. You will own your market and have the chance to collaborate with a Field Manager to engage prospective businesses, qualify them for the program, assist through the application process, and coordinate recruitment events.

The role involves travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers a commission for each partner successfully converted.

• Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 2-hour round trip driving distance).
• Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and encourage applications.
• Qualify businesses and guide them through the application process, managing activity and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
• Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
• Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to enhance delivery experiences.

• 1-2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Experience in outside/field sales.
• Proficiency in CRM systems;
  Salesforce is preferred.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in a sales or negotiation role with customers is a plus.
• Professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a high sense of urgency.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for field applicants.
• Tech-savvy with experience in using multiple systems and technology.
• Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily.

This role involves being on the road 3-4 days a week, with the option to work from home on the remaining days. The position is located in either Greenville or Rocky Mount. The company offers a reimbursement of $50 per month for phone expenses and $0.725 per mile for travel.

Contract position based out of Greenville, NC.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
