We provide everything you need—appointments, marketing materials, paid training, and a supportive team. No cold calling, no experience required—just bring your personality, communication skills, and drive to succeed.

• Designers typically earn between $50,000 to 90,000 per year
• Experienced Designers currently earn $90,000 or more per year
• Fast-track to Senior Sales Designer with higher pay and bonus potential
• Hybrid remote role with a flexible schedule
• 12-week paid sales training and ongoing mentorship
• Pre-set appointments with new and repeat residential clients

• Willingness to complete our paid 12-week training program
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
