Responsibilities- Exceed new business goals and production targets.
- Generate new business through outreach and networking.
- Utilize networking skills to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships, even from a cold start.
- Consistently ask for and maintain referrals to grow the client base.
- Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
- 3-5 years of previous experience in the insurance industry (required).
- Previous sales experience.
- Allstate experience (preferred).
- Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong people skills and the ability to build relationships.
