Position Overview

Outbound Sales Development Representative – responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities, managing the pipeline, and coordinating with account executives to drive revenue.

  • Position Type: Full time (Monday – Friday)
  • Working Hours: 9‑hour shift (6am‑10pm IST or 6pm‑6am IST); occasional unpaid overtime may be required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
  • Outbound sales development experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong perseverance and determination
  • Experience with sales CRMs, Hub Spot preferred
  • Proficient in Linked In as a sales outreach tool
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to use prospecting tools and programs
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Technical aptitude toward the web hosting industry highly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and identify potential sales outlets, nurturing warm prospects
  • Conduct high‑volume cold calling and follow‑up emails to qualify new opportunities
  • Schedule demos and meetings for prospects, technical experts, and sales executives
  • Maintain and update the pipeline of interested prospects and coordinate with sales executives
  • Communicate the value proposition to prospects and assess lead quality
  • Build long‑term trusting relationships with potential customers
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to guide prospects through the sales funnel
  • Maintain and upkeep the Sales CRM (Hub Spot)
  • Identify and report on customer needs, pain points, and expectations
  • Partner with the Marketing team to create sales presentations for enterprise clients
