B2B Sales (HR)

As a B2B Sales professional specializing in Human Resources solutions, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by engaging with small and medium enterprise clients across India. You will design, develop, and implement sales strategies, requiring strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Develop B2B sales strategy for small & medium enterprises.
• Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound calls and emails.
• Research prospects and map key decision makers in HR departments.
• Present online recruitment solutions, conduct demos, negotiate and close orders.
• Maintain and grow prospect database within assigned territory.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly targets.

• 1–3 years of proven sales experience.
• Graduate with MBA/PGDM in HR or Industrial Relations (required).
• Track record of over‑achieving sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

• Ability to weigh trade‑offs between cost, time, complexity, and ease‑of‑use.
• Ability to identify scope expansion and manage expectations accordingly.
• Ability to develop detailed, task‑oriented estimates.
• Ability to clearly articulate assumptions under which plans and estimates are given.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word.

• Position Type:
  Full‑time (Monday – Friday). Flexible 9‑hour shift schedules within 6 am‑10 pm IST or 6 pm‑6 am IST; occasional unpaid overtime may be required.
