About the Role

We are looking for a driven Account Executive to lead client outreach, deliver pitch meetings, and manage existing client relationships. This is a sales-first role - cold calling, lead generation, and closing new business are the core of the job. Scripts, pitch materials, and sales training will be provided. Commission is on offer for those who hit and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Outreach
  • Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients using provided scripts
  • Identify, research, and qualify new leads via databases, Linked In, and other channels
  • Follow up with leads via phone and email to move them through the sales pipeline
  • Deliver confident pitch meetings - presenting Fluxgate Digital’s services and handling objections
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings; keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, pitches, and new clients
Client Relationship & Request Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients - managing communications and updates professionally
  • Build strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and referrals
  • Liaise with internal teams (SEO, Google Ads, content, design, web) to ensure smooth and timely delivery
  • Log, track, and follow up on client requests - ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Administrative Support
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and keep Google Workspace and CRM systems up to date
  • Handle professional email correspondence and assist with basic reporting and documentation
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, cold calling, or a client-facing role are required
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets or booking meetings through cold outreach
  • Experience delivering sales pitches or presentations to prospective clients
  • Confident, outgoing communicator - comfortable on the phone and in front of prospects daily
  • Excellent written and spoken English - professional, articulate, and persuasive
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated and collaborative - able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Background in digital marketing industry is an advantage
