What You’ll Do

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the face of Circle Logistics for your customers—managing your own book of business while working within a supportive team environment. This role is all about growth, relationships, and impact.

  • Build, grow, and own your portfolio of accounts and carriers
  • Create solutions that drive long-term customer partnerships
  • Negotiate competitive freight rates and ensure on-time delivery
  • Operate with independence—managing shipments, solving problems, and protecting our “No Fail” reputation
  • Strategize with your team on pricing and account expansion
  • Be the go-to partner for customers, offering insights and results that keep their supply chain running smoothly
  • 3–5 years of logistics/account management experience
  • Proven ability to grow accounts and manage complex relationships
  • Tech-savvy with TMS/CRM systems, Google Drive, and Excel (pivots, vlookups)
  • A natural problem-solver with strong negotiation skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • A leader in the making—ready to take the next step toward branch management
