Role Overview

As a Commission Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business by selling Microsoft 365 consulting services and Microsoft licenses. This role is 100% remote and offers a very generous commission structure above industry standards
-perfect for high-performing sales professionals who want unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients in the U.S. market.
• Sell Microsoft 365 consulting services and Microsoft licenses to SMBs and enterprises.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain client information in CRM tools.
• Stay updated on Microsoft ecosystem offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within IT consulting, cloud services, or Microsoft solutions.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, or SaaS-based solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
• Existing network of potential clients (preferred but not mandatory).
