As a Franchise Insurance Advisor
, you will be responsible for converting this high-quality pipeline. This is an advisory role focused on helping new franchisees protect their investment by delivering coverage recommendations that are fast, clear, and accurate

Key Responsibilities
- Expertly Advise Clients: Guide new franchise owners on their specific coverage needs, assessing risk and presenting tailored options—moving beyond simply "selling a policy."
- Manage High-Volume Pipeline: Run a structured pipeline of warm inbound opportunities using our modern Risk Management System (RMS) and efficient workflows.
- Quote and Bind Coverage: Execute the quoting, presentation, and binding process with speed, precision, and a focus on compliance and accuracy.
- Foster
Collaboration:
Work seamlessly with the operations, sales, and support teams to ensure a smooth, end-to-end client onboarding experience. - Drive System Improvement: Actively provide feedback, suggest process tightening, and contribute to raising the operational standards of the agency.
You will be highly successful when you consistently:
- Hit Production Benchmarks: Consistently meet or exceed activity and conversion goals across quoting, binding, and eventual retention.
- Maintain Flow & Clarity: Keep your pipeline perfectly organized and moving daily—preventing stuck deals and surprises for the client.
- Deliver Trust: Provide a fast, clean client experience marked by clear communication and accurate recommendations, building trust that leads to strong long-term retention.
- Achieve High Productivity: Perform at a level significantly higher than the typical insurance producer, fueled by our proprietary lead flow, advanced systems, and collaborative team execution.
Qualifications & Mindset

Required Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- 1+ year of Insurance Experience (Sales, Service, or Hybrid role).
- System-Driven: You move fast, communicate clearly, and thrive as part of a high-execution team.
- Accountable & Detail-Oriented: You take ownership of your pipeline and pay close attention to the details that ensure client protection.
- No Cold Calling: Work exclusively with warm, inbound demand directly sourced from franchise brands.
