• Build pipeline: use Linked In Sales Navigator to identify and engage high‑potential clients across the USA.
• Prospecting & Initial Contact: conduct extensive research to understand the target market and engage in initial contact.
• Analyze data & optimize performance: track key metrics, report on progress, and propose solutions to continuously improve sales effectiveness.
• Be a self‑starter & problem‑solver: spot and fix problems quickly and cleverly in a startup environment.

• Experience in B2B sales within the IT consulting industry (ERP segment).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Expertise in leveraging prospecting tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator.
• Strategic thinker who can analyze data, draw insights, and translate them into actionable plans.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments, embracing challenges with a proactive and independent approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ideally based in Chicago for occasional on‑site work.
• Fluency in English essential.
