About the team:
The Aftermarket Account Manager – will be responsible for maintaining ZF, formerly WABCO and TRW, as a preferred and reliable partner by managing all dimensions for assigned Aftermarket region/accounts. The focus is on continuously improving customer satisfaction and further enhancing the customer/supplier relationship through translation of the voice of the customer into the right customer strategy and serving as the central conduit for all customer related activities.
This is a remote position that will oversee territory in Canada and the ideal candidate would sit in Toronto.
What you can look forward to as an Account Manager:
Lead the request for quotation process for all customer requests.Execute sales growth strategies.Ensure the organization is responsive to customer needs, expectations and requests and communicate these throughout our organization.Strengthen the account team fulfilling all internal and external expectations.Maintain product development strategies in the Business Units to fulfill customer and market needs.Initiate and implement campaigns, projects, and customer events as required.Support all negotiations with the customers, including contracts and promotional programs.Deliver premium service levels across the value chain from product development, through manufacturing, to delivery.Your profile as an Account Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered6+ years of experience in technical/sales background, preferably in the heavy truck industry, automotive market, or aftermarket salesCommercial vehicle experience is highly preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel Outlook and Teams;
Strong Excel skills requiredDeep commercial understanding of the assigned region and/or customersExcellent presentation skills and strong negotiation/relationship management skills* Must have the ability to travel up to 50% - 75% of the timeWhy you should choose ZF:
